1. What is the Dafabet Kenya Affiliate Programme?
The Dafabet Kenya Affiliate Programme is a Partnership Programme which allows you to receive commission on every player you referred to Dafabet Kenya based on the player’s wagering activity over the course of the player’s account life.

2. Is there a set up fee?
Signing up for the Dafabet Kenya Affiliate Programme is absolutely free!

3. How can I register with the affiliate programme?
To join our Affiliate Programme, simply fill out the Registration Form and within a few days you will be contacted by one of our Affiliate Managers regarding your application for the Programme. While waiting for the response, please read through our terms and conditions.

4. Can I refer other affiliates? How?
Yes, you can refer other affiliates. Our Tier system allows you to earn from the sub-affiliate you refer to our Affiliate Programme. To refer a sub-affiliate, they would need to signup and you must provide them the affiliate registration URL https://www.dafabetaffiliates.co.ke/signup/?a=[insert your affiliate id here] where you simply insert your Affiliate ID and remove the brackets.

5. Can the affiliate himself also be a player?
Affiliates will not be allowed to place wagers using an Affiliate account. An affiliate needs to register and use his/her own separate player account in able to place wagers.

6. Can an affiliate have more than one account?
Affiliate shall not have more than one affiliate account, nor shall an Affiliate be allowed to earn commissions on their own or through any related parties.

7. If I have multiple websites, do I need to create multiple Affiliate accounts?
If you have multiple sites, we can register them all under a single Affiliate account and pay you a consolidated commission each month using your existing account. There is no need to create another account for every website created, since Affiliates are not allowed to have multiple accounts.

8. What is the percentage of profit that I get paid?
Dafabet Kenya offers one of the best Affiliate Programme commissions available in the Internet Gaming industry today. Our affiliates can enjoy up to a 25% net profit. Dafabet Kenya guarantees you one of the best conversion ratios today.

9. Do you carry over negative balances?
Yes, when you incur a negative balance, it will be carried over to the next month. For example if for the month of January your affiliate account ends with -KSh1000, this amount will be carried to February. If at the end of February your affiliate account earns KSh3000, the total balance will be KSh2000 (KSh3000 deduct -KSh1000). However if your account is still making a loss at the end of February, for example -KSh500, then it will be added to the previous negative and be carried forward to March resulting in your March balance brought forward to be -KSh1500. The commission earned shall then be paid according to the scale.

10. How do I know how much money I am making?
To view your perforrmance, you can login to the Affiliate Partner interface. From here you be able to check on your overall performance as an Affiliate of Dafabet Kenya by checking on Traffic, Signup, and even Media reports. Please note however that data is updated only once per day to accommodate for full turnover of data for each day.

11. What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?
As an Affiliate, you are responsible for promoting Dafabet Kenya by implementing the advertising, banners and tracking URLs on your websites, e-mails or other communications.

 

Payout

1. How and when do I get paid?
We pay our affiliates on the 15th of every month. Depending on the amount due that month,  we will send you your commission via the payment method you have chosen.

2. What are your payment methods?
As of now, we pay our affiliates through Local Bank Transfer, Neteller and through your Dafabet Kenya Player Account but in the future we hope to provide you with other payment methods.

3. What is the conversion rate being used if I use a different currency other than KES?
We usually pay our affiliate commission using KES. For other currencies, when available, respective exchange rate on the payout date will be applied.

 

Reporting

1. How can I check my account statistics?
To view your perforrmance, you can login to the Affiliate Partner interface. From here you be able to check on your overall performance as an Affiliate of Dafabet Kenya by checking on Traffic, Signup, and even Media reports. Please note however that data is updated only once per day to accommodate for full turnover of data for each day

2. What information is displayed on my stats page?
Dafabet’s Affiliate system displays a very detailed statistical analysis for affiliates. You will be able to view the exact number of Impressions, Clicks, Downloads, Signups and of course, your share of the profit. These stats will enable you to judge whether or not certain marketing strategies and campaigns work for you or not.

3. I have checked the online stats for a while, but they haven’t changed.
The database serving the online stats interface is updated only on a daily basis. The date and time it was last updated is displayed at the top of the stats page.

 

Account Information

1. Can I edit my account information? How can I edit it?
Yes, you can edit the following fields in your account information:

• Password
• Name
• Company name
• Address
• City
• State/Province
• Zip/Postal code
• Country
• Phone Number
• IM type
• IM address

 

To edit these fields, go to My Account and click Edit Account Details. You can’t edit your username, affiliate ID and email address. We only support alphanumeric characters for usernames and passwords.

2. Can I change my currency preference to another? 

If you choose to change your currency, please contact us at support@dafabetaffiliates.co.ke

3. I do not have a website, what should I put in the website URL?

If you do not have a website, please put http://www.sitename.com and choose your language for the Website Language field.

4. I do not have an IM account, what should I put in the IM type?

Why is IM account needed? IM type is a required field and we encourage you to create an IM account so we can communicate with you faster in order to serve you better.

5. What to do if I forget my login details?

Marketing

1. How does the tracking link work?

We use your affiliate ID for your tracking link so we can trace the players joining from your website.

2. Can I request for promotional materials? How? 

Yes. To request for banners, go to the Media Studio and select the language, category, type, size and format of the banners. If you need a customized size for the banners, send a request email to support@dafabetaffiliates.co.ke.

3. Can we make special offers that will be exclusive for my website only? How?

Yes, if you have any additional terms or conditions you wish to add to our proposal, feel free to inform us. We will study it and perhaps negotiate and come up with an agreement that will suit both parties.
